Key Responsibilities:
· Manage executive calendars, appointments, and emails
· Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
· Conduct online research and compile summaries for clients
· Assist with light bookkeeping and CRM updates
· Coordinate projects using tools like Notion, Asana, and Trello
· Provide exceptional client support and follow-ups
· Organize workflows to ensure deadlines are met efficiently
Who We’re Looking For:
· Strong communicator with attention to detail
· Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
· Experience with task/project management tools (Notion, Asana, Trello)
· Comfortable handling confidential client information
· Flexible with time zones to support clients across the UK and Europe
