Job Description

VerityContent Ltd. is seeking a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation for clients across technology, fintech, healthcare, and e-commerce. You will work remotely to create user guides, API documentation, product manuals, process documentation, and knowledge base content that is clear, accurate, and user-friendly.

Responsibilities

  • Write and maintain user guides, API documentation, product manuals, and internal knowledge base materials.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure technical accuracy and clarity.
  • Edit and proofread content for readability, grammar, and consistency.
  • Maintain documentation standards and templates.
  • Support onboarding and training materials for client teams.
  • Contribute to content audits and process improvement initiatives.
