TaskHaven Virtual Services Ltd is seeking a Remote Social Media & Virtual Assistant to support our clients in managing their social media presence, scheduling campaigns, and handling administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage client social media accounts and schedule posts across platforms
· Assist with content creation and email marketing campaigns
· Support clients with administrative tasks, including scheduling and document preparation
· Maintain client records in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
· Coordinate workflows using Notion, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
· Conduct research and provide insights to improve campaigns
· Provide general client support and follow-up as needed
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Social Media Assistant
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Experience with social media management tools and CRM platforms
· Ability to work independently in a fully remote team
· Comfortable handling confidential client information
