Job Description

NovaCanvas Creative Co. is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our fully remote, creative team. You’ll lead the design of innovative digital experiences for a diverse portfolio of clients, including startups, e-commerce brands, and nonprofits. Your role will focus on creating user-centric designs that are visually compelling, functional, and aligned with brand strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile applications
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs using Figma
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on insights
  • Maintain and expand design systems across projects
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams
  • Ensure consistency in visual identity and brand standards
  • Mentor junior designers and provide design feedback
