VerityContent Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Writer to join our fully remote team. In this role, you’ll translate complex, technical concepts into clear, accessible documentation for our technology, fintech, and SaaS clients.
You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and content strategists to develop high-quality documentation that supports product launches, customer onboarding, and internal knowledge sharing.
Develop, update, and maintain user guides, API documentation, product manuals, and technical knowledge bases.
Conduct interviews with SMEs to gather information and ensure accuracy.
Translate complex technical workflows into easy-to-understand steps and diagrams.
Improve documentation structure, consistency, and readability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product releases.
Contribute to content strategy around documentation and internal processes.
Ensure compliance with internal standards and client-specific guidelines.
