Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior SEO Strategist to lead search initiatives across a portfolio of high-growth clients. This role combines technical SEO expertise, content strategy, analytics, and client-facing communication. You’ll work closely with analysts, content strategists, and paid search specialists to build scalable growth frameworks rooted in data – not assumptions.

This is a fully remote role with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Lead SEO strategy development for mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and create prioritized implementation roadmaps.
  • Oversee on-page optimization, content strategy, and keyword research.
  • Collaborate with content teams to guide editorial strategy and improve search performance.
  • Analyze performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools.
  • Present SEO insights, performance results, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Partner with paid search teams to align cross-channel growth strategies.
  • Test, measure, and optimize using CRO and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with search algorithm changes, SERP trends, and industry tools.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5–7 years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Strong expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, and enterprise-level strategy.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Looker Studio.
  • Comfort interpreting complex analytics and communicating insights to stakeholders.
  • Strong writing, presentation, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
  • A mindset rooted in experimentation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
