Job Description

We are seeking a SEM / Paid Search Manager to lead and optimize high-performing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients. You’ll work closely with SEO strategists, analysts, and content teams to create integrated search strategies that deliver measurable ROI.

This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who loves analytics, performance optimization, and working with teams across time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Google Ads & Microsoft Ads campaigns across search, display, and remarketing.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize bid strategies, ad copy, targeting, and landing page alignment for improved performance.
  • Build performance dashboards and reports using GA4, Looker Studio, and platform analytics.
  • Collaborate with SEO and content teams to create holistic search strategies.
  • Run A/B tests on ad creative, landing pages, and targeting setups.
  • Present performance insights and strategic recommendations directly to clients.
