We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can execute and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns for clients across various industries. This role blends analytical expertise with creative thinking, focusing on driving measurable growth through paid ads, SEO, email, and content performance.

The ideal candidate is self-directed, comfortable working fully remote, and has strong experience in fast-paced digital environments.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok)

  • Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and ongoing site optimization

  • Write high-performing ad copy and landing page content

  • Collaborate with creative teams on ad assets and campaign materials
