Job Description

We are seeking a Machine Learning Researcher to join our distributed team and contribute to applied research, model development, and optimization across predictive and generative AI projects. You will experiment with cutting-edge techniques, fine-tune LLMs, and help push our internal AI products forward.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both experimentation and practical deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Research, prototype, and optimize machine learning models, including transformers and generative models
  • Conduct LLM fine-tuning, evaluation, and prompt-engineering experiments
  • Build and maintain data pipelines for training and evaluation
  • Collaborate with data engineers to prepare datasets for modelling
  • Develop production-ready model architectures with scalability in mind
  • Implement automated model monitoring and drift detection
  • Present research findings to internal teams and clients
  • Ensure all model development complies with GDPR and UK/EU privacy frameworks
