Quantara Analytics is seeking a Machine Learning Research Engineer to join its AI & Predictive Modeling division. This role blends research and engineering, focusing on developing experimental ML prototypes, improving existing predictive models, and supporting applied research across finance, healthcare, and retail analytics initiatives.
You will collaborate with data scientists, statisticians, and BI teams to translate research concepts into scalable, real-world solutions.
Develop and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics and statistical research projects.
Experiment with new ML techniques, including deep learning, NLP, and probabilistic modeling.
Build scalable pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment.
Conduct exploratory data research and design experimental frameworks for testing hypotheses.
Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, BI analysts, and research teams.
Present research findings during internal knowledge-sharing sessions and virtual hackathons.
Ensure responsible, ethical use of data throughout all ML workflows.
