Job Description

TaskHaven Virtual Services Ltd is seeking a Remote Virtual Assistant to support our clients with day-to-day email correspondence, document creation, and accurate data entry. This role is ideal for organised and detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client inboxes and respond to routine emails professionally

  • Create, format, and organise documents, spreadsheets, and reports

  • Input and update client data accurately in CRMs and project management tools

  • Assist with calendar scheduling and appointment coordination

  • Maintain task lists and document workflows in Notion, Trello, or Asana

  • Support team communication via Slack and Zoom

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative support, email management, or data entry

  • High accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Comfortable using cloud-based productivity tools

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks remotely
