Job Description

TaskHaven Virtual Services Ltd is seeking a Remote Data Entry & CRM Assistant to help manage client information and support small business teams in maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input, update, and maintain client data in CRM systems
  • Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy
  • Assist with project management by updating workflow systems
  • Generate reports and summaries for clients
  • Communicate with team members and clients using Slack and Zoom

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data entry, CRM management, or administrative support
  • Strong typing and database management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Familiarity with Notion, Asana, Trello, or similar workflow tools
