Job Description

TaskHaven Virtual Services Ltd is hiring a Remote Customer Support & Virtual Assistant to provide high-quality support to our clients and help streamline their administrative operations. This role is ideal for a professional who is organised, proactive, and experienced in handling customer interactions and virtual assistant tasks remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and administrative tasks
  • Create and update client documentation
  • Support light bookkeeping and workflow organisation
  • Collaborate with remote team members using Slack, Zoom, Notion, Asana, and Trello
  • Follow up with clients and ensure high satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer support and/or virtual assistance
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and remote collaboration software
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
