Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Client Support Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this fully remote role, you will manage inquiries, coordinate with internal bookkeeping teams, and ensure an excellent client experience. This position is perfect for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy problem-solving and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Coordinate with bookkeepers and accountants to resolve client issues
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and scheduling meetings
  • Track and report client satisfaction and feedback
  • Support internal teams with remote operations and communication
