Job Description

Atlas Financial is seeking a proactive Client Support Coordinator to manage client interactions and ensure an exceptional remote client experience. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience supporting clients in a bookkeeping or financial services environment.

You will serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, help resolve issues, and support internal teams to maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Coordinate with bookkeepers and accountants to resolve client issues
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Schedule meetings and follow-ups with clients
  • Assist in onboarding new clients
  • Track client satisfaction and report feedback to management
  • Support remote team operations and internal communication
