Job Description

PredictiveOps Solutions is seeking an AI Analyst / Monitoring Specialist to join our remote-first team. You will be responsible for monitoring enterprise systems, analyzing AI-driven alerts, and providing actionable insights to ensure operational reliability. This role is ideal for someone passionate about observability, predictive incident management, and intelligent automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor AI-driven alerts and predictive analytics dashboards.
  • Analyze system performance and identify potential operational issues before they impact customers.
  • Collaborate with AI Ops engineers and SRE teams to improve monitoring workflows.
  • Create reports, visualizations, and actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
  • Support the integration of automated root-cause analysis tools.

Required Skills:

  • Python (data analysis, automation, or scripting)
  • SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Excel)
  • Experience with AI/ML-driven monitoring solutions
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
