Job Description

VerityContent Ltd. is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to join our fully remote team. You will create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for a variety of clients, including SaaS platforms, fintech solutions, healthcare tools, and educational products. Your work will help end users understand complex systems while maintaining the company’s commitment to accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain user guides, API documentation, knowledge bases, and process manuals.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to gather technical information.
  • Write and edit web content, product copy, and SEO-optimized articles.
  • Ensure content adheres to brand voice, style guides, and accessibility standards.
  • Review and proofread content produced by junior writers or freelancers.
  • Support content strategy initiatives, including editorial calendars and audits.
